Overview
AI Voice Now is an AI-powered phone ordering service. During the ordering process, customers verbally consent to receive SMS messages related to their order.
Verbal Consent Script
During the phone ordering process, the AI assistant obtains consent with the following script:
English Version
"Before we complete your order, I need to let you know that AI Voice Now will send you text messages with your order confirmation, status updates, and payment link.
Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Do you agree to receive these text messages?"
Customer Response: Affirmative response required (e.g., "Yes", "I agree", "That's fine", "Okay")
Spanish Version
"Antes de completar tu orden, necesito informarte que AI Voice Now te enviará mensajes de texto con la confirmación de tu pedido, actualizaciones de estado y enlace de pago.
Pueden aplicar tarifas estándar de mensajes y datos. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP a cualquier mensaje.
¿Estás de acuerdo en recibir estos mensajes de texto?"

Message Types Sent
After consent is obtained, customers may receive:
- Order confirmation with details
- Estimated preparation/delivery time
- Payment link (when applicable)
- Order status updates
- Delivery notifications
Opt-Out Instructions
All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. Customers can:
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all messages
- Reply HELP for assistance
Consent Records
AI Voice Now maintains records of verbal consent including:

- Order reference identifier
